- Filing annual financial statements for 1908 Act societies Societies must file their annual financial statements with us unless they are registered with Charities Services.
- Filing annual financial statements and annual returns for 2022 Act societies Societies registered under the 2022 Act must file their annual financial statements and complete an annual return with us unless they’re registered with Charities Services.
- Requesting an extension to your filing deadline If you need more time to file your annual financial statements (and for 2022 Act societies your annual return) on the Incorporated Societies Register.
