Restoration notice

Notice of intention to restore 1 society to the register.

I intend to restore the following society to the Register under section 185 of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.

I am satisfied that this society was at the time of removal either still operating and there is a proper reason for it to continue in existence or was party to legal proceedings, or was in receivership/liquidation, or the grounds for removal did not exist.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 9 April 2026 being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.
