Restoration notice

Notice of intention to restore 3 societies to the register.

I intend to restore the following societies from the Register under section 185 of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.

I am satisfied that these societies were at the time of removal either still operating and there is a proper reason for them to continue in existence or were party to legal proceedings, or were in receivership/liquidation, or the grounds for removal did not exist:

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 11 March 2026 being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by submitting an objection to compliance@companies.govt.nz.
