Removal notice — Section 318(1)(c) Companies Act 1993

Notice of intention to remove 1 society from the Incorporated Societies Register.

I intend to remove the following incorporated society from the register under section 318(1)(c)(i) of the Companies Act 1993 (refer section 24(3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908). I am satisfied that the society has been put into liquidation, and no liquidator is acting.

Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to the removal of the above-named society is delivered to the Registrar by 15 August 2025 being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice, I am required to remove the society from the register.
