Removal notice — Section 175(1)(b)

Notice of intention to remove 4 societies from the Incorporated Societies Register.

I intend to remove each of the following societies from the register under section 175(1)(b) of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 as I have reasonable grounds to believe that the society is no longer operating and there is no proper reason for the society to continue to exist.

  • NORFOLK TERRACES RESIDENTS' SOCIETY INCORPORATED 50186652

Unless, under section 178 of the Incorporated Societies Act, written objection to the removal of any of the above-named societies is delivered to the Registrar by 9 May 2025 being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice, I am required to remove the societies from the register.
