Removal notice — Section 175(1)(b)

Notice of intention to remove 17 societies from the Incorporated Societies Register.

I intend to remove each of the following societies from the Register under section 175(1)(b) of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 as I have reasonable grounds to believe that the society is no longer operating and there is no proper reason for the society to continue to exist.

Unless, under section 178 of the Incorporated Societies Act, written objection to the removal of any of the above-named societies is delivered to the Registrar by 08 May 2026 being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice, I am required to remove the societies from the register.
