Restoration notice

Notice of intention to restore 9 societies to the register.

I intend to restore the following societies to the register under section 185 of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.

  • HOKIANGA KYOKUSHIN KARATE CLUB SOCIETY INCORPORATED 1695581

  • TE MANAWA MAUREA INCORPORATED 2129593

  • UPPER CLUTHA SPORTS TRUST ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED 1000363

  • WAKA AMA O WHAKATANE INCORPORATED 1633798

  • WOODEND BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMME INCORPORATED 1653550

I am satisfied that these societies were at the time of removal either still operating and there is a proper reason for them to continue in existence or were party to legal proceedings, or were in receivership/liquidation, or the grounds for removal did not exist.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 11 August 2026 being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.
