Restoration notice

Notice of intention to restore 8 societies to the register.

I intend to restore the following societies to the register under section 185 of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.

  • HAMILTON CITY TIGERS SENIOR RUGBY LEAGUE CLUB INCORPORATED  2544401

  • NEW ZEALAND GUANGDONG GENERAL ASSOCIATION OF COMMERCE INCORPORATED 2610944

  • REPOROA RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB 212992

  • TE TINI O REHUA INCORPORATED 2680992

  • THE HOLY TRINITY CHURCH INCORPORATED 1844333

  • WHANGAROA BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU INCORPORATED 50050461

  • WHATAWHATA RUGBY SPORTS CLUB INCORPORATED 2638257

I am satisfied that these societies were at the time of removal either still operating and there is a proper reason for them to continue in existence or were party to legal proceedings, or were in receivership/liquidation, or the grounds for removal did not exist.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 10 September 2026 being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.
