Restoration notice

Notice of intention to restore 8 societies to the register.

I intend to restore the following societies to the register under section 185 of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.

  • MALAYALI CLUB SOUTHLAND INCORPORATED 50181432

  • NEW ZEALAND ANTIQUE AND HISTORICAL ARMS ASSOCIATION (WELLINGTON BRANCH) INCORPORATED 453044

  • NGA HAU E WHA NEW ZEALAND MAORI SQUASH ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED 1905746

  • ONEPU NETBALL CLUB INCORPORATED 2138222

I am satisfied that these societies were at the time of removal either still operating and there is a proper reason for them to continue in existence or were party to legal proceedings, or were in receivership/liquidation, or the grounds for removal did not exist.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 4 December 2026 being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.
