Restoration notice

Notice of intention to restore 8 societies to the register.

I intend to restore the following societies to the register under section 185 of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.

  • HAPPENINGS AND ACTIVATION SOCIETY OF HASTINGS INCORPORATED 2740953

  • MANUNUI RESIDENTS' SOCIETY INCORPORATED 2687811

  • MASTERTON SENIOR CITIZENS AND BENEFICIARIES ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED 216314

  • MATAURA & DISTRICT SENIOR CITIZENS ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED 225581

  • PLAY-A-WHILE TOY LIBRARY, DEVONPORT INCORPORATED 694029

  • ROXBURGH RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB INCORPORATED 226483

  • THE SCOTTISH SOCIETY OF NEW ZEALAND INCORPORATED 219174

  • WANAKA RODEO CLUB INCORPORATED  226433

I am satisfied that these societies were at the time of removal either still operating and there is a proper reason for them to continue in existence or were party to legal proceedings, or were in receivership/liquidation, or the grounds for removal did not exist.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 7 July 2026 being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.
